Parade of Homes in Powell

I attended the BIA Parade of Homes again this year and was happy to see that there were many more homes to tour compared to last year’s event. With 16 homes on display, this is the largest Parade of Homes event in Central Ohio in the last 10 years.  I live and work in Dublin, so having the parade being in Powell was also a very welcome change.

With only a couple of days left of the parade, I highly recommend taking the time to walk through all of these beautiful new homes. With a variety of exterior elevations and interior floor plans, there is plenty to take in for anyone looking to buy a new home, remodel an existing home, get some decorating ideas, gather contractor information,  learn the new home design trends, or just to enjoy a day out with family and friends.
