The Dublin Difference

More and more of our buyers and tenants are new to the Dublin, Ohio area. Whether they are moving from a nearby community or relocating from another state, they are always happy to get a locals opinion on where to eat, grab a drink, or take the family for a daytime outing.  As a longtime Dublin resident, I enjoy the convenience of having a wide selection of delicious dining options, numerous parks and bike paths to explore, and inviting neighborhood gathering spots to hit for happy hour. I have lived here as a young single professional, a newlywed, and a parent; and, I have loved being able to remain in the comfort of my community for many of my dining, entertainment, and family fun experiences. Here are some of my personal favorites in and around Dublin, and I hope they may become yours as well.

Favorite Park for Sledding:                                          Scioto Park

In the warmer weather, it makes an idyllic place for a family picnic; yet, once the snow falls they set up hay bales and climbing ropes for the perfect sledding spot. Also, don’t forget to visit the Chief Leatherlips Monument while you are there and learn a little local history.  scioto park

Living in Dublin allows you to visit the Zoo on a more frequent basis and really enjoy each exhibit to its fullest.  Some days we just hang out with the kids at the petting zoo and take the train ride. Other days, we spend our entire visit by the Aquarium. Also, Zoombezi Bay is the perfect Summer chill spot for kids of all ages with family movie nights every Friday.  Columbus Zoo Gate
